Chroma Conservation provides full easel painting restoration and conservation treatments using established conservation materials and techniques for paintings of all periods and mediums on supports such as canvas, board and panel, including church hatchments.
Following investigation to determine the condition, treatments may involve: canvas strip-lining, full lining, tear repairs, panel stabilisation, cleaning, varnish removal, retouching of the paint losses and varnishing.
